ADMCC MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

IN FAVOUR OF:

The ALEXANDRA & DISTRICT MOTORCYCLE CLUB INC. and SKYLINE RIDGE PTY LTD, both of 5 Guest Close, Ringwood East, in the State of Victoria, 3135 herein referred to as “the Club”.

AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY 'The Club' DOCUMENTATION

Upon the completion of your Membership and Membership payment for the given year, 'you' as the member or on behalf of all 'your' listed family (Both Adults and Children) held under the Membership as part of the Family Membership, Social Membership or Senior Membership, hereby agree to be bound by all Codes of Conduct, Skyline Ridge Conditions of Use, Club Rules, Permit Conditions, Constitutions, Articles of Association and other associated Documentation created by 'The Club' and understand they may be subject to change.

INDEMNIFYING ADMCC 'The Club'

I/ we agree to be bound by this DEED POLL, that is made the on the day of the Membership Payment for the given year of the Membership Period that the Membership Payment has been made.

IN FAVOUR OF:

The ALEXANDRA & DISTRICT MOTORCYCLE CLUB INC. and SKYLINE RIDGE PTY LTD, both of 5 Guest Close, Ringwood East, in the State of Victoria, 3135 herein referred to as “the Club”.

RECITALS:

As a Member/s of the Club and wishing to visit the Club’s property located at 'Skyline Ridge', Alexandra, Victoria, hereinafter referred to as “the Property”, I/we understand that motorcycle activities may be dangerous and I/we agree to release the Club from any liability pursuant to any loss, damage or injury I may sustain by reason of my visit to the Property, on the terms and conditions set out below.  I/ we understand in the event an ambulance may be called and do not have a valid ambulance Membership, accept all liabilty of costs involved with any 'Emergency transport' required; either by Road Ambulance, Air Ambulance or other.

OPERATIVE PROVISION:

I/ we shall release and hold harmless jointly and severally the Club, it’s Officers, Employees and Volunteers, in respect of all claims, losses, actions, damages, costs (including legal costs) and expenses arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with any visit of mine (or those listed on my membership, visitors/ guests of mine) at any time to the Property, howsoever caused and irrespective of any negligent or willful act or omission of the Club, it’s Officers or Employees and whether or not I/ we am fully paid up as a Member of the Club or otherwise.

EXECUTED as a Deed Upon COMPLETION and PAYMENT of MEMBERSHIP.

AGREEMENT TO ATTEND RALLIES,  WORKING BEES AND MONTHLY MEETINGS

Upon the completion of your Membership to 'The Club' and Membership payment for the given year, 'you' as the member or on behalf of all 'your' listed family (Both Adults and Children) held under the Membership as part of the Family Membership, Social Membership or Senior Membership, hereby agree to attend, as a condition of 'your' membership in the given (each) year of membership Paid, a minimum of:

• 1x Rally Event (Hereby named as the Sawmill Rally and Kenda Rally) Per Year
• 1x Working Bee Per Year
• 1x Monthly Meeting Per Year

To ensure the viability of both the Rally Event and the Club Maintenance.

'You' also understand that you CANNOT enter any 'ADMCC held Rally' whilst a current Member of 'The Club',as you will have an active participation on the day proceeding the Rally (setting up, Arrowing/ De-Arrowing, Showbags, Pit Tent Setup, Signage etc) and the day of the Rally (Registration, Bike Numbering/ Carparking/ Checkpoints/ 4x4 Recovery). However if 'You' hold a Valid Motorcycle Licence and Valid Motorcycle Registration you may have the option to ride as a Club Sweep Rider, Arrower/ De-Arrower/ Stand By Rider etc.

'You' also understand the 'Club Block' is not to be used on weekends that each 'Rally' Listed above is Held. These dates can be found each year on the club calendar.

VISITORS/GUESTS/MEMBERS of 'THE CLUB'

As a Member, you hereby agree to ensure that 'you' (including visitors/ guests if any)  always sign in and out of the sign-in Register (located at the Sign-in Booth); when inviting a guest to 'The Club's' Property, the 'Visitor Release Form' (Found at the Sign-in Booth at the Entry to The Club Property) has been filled out, witnessed, signed and dated by both 'yourself' as the 'Member' and the 'Visitor', and agree that you as the 'Member' are responsible for the 'Visitor' and obligated to ensure that the 'Vistor' follows all rules and policies set-out in any Documentation, Rules or Constitution created by 'The Club' and pays all/ any costs in full on the day associated with being at 'The Club' e.g Guest Day Fees. Visitors and Guests are not permitted to shoot on the club property under any circumstance

GUEST DAY FEES ( FEES FOR ADMCC NON-CLUB MEMBERS)

*ALL FEES ARE TO BE PAID IN FULL WITH VISITOR RELEASE FORM FILLED OUT PRIOR TO RIDING- FEES ARE PER DAY OF RIDING*

• FAMILY DAY FEE  - $70
• This Covers: 2x Listed Adults and their Listed children up to the age of 20 , regardless of dependancy
• SENIOR DAY FEE - $50
• This Covers: 1x Listed Adults (16 years and older)
• JUNIOR DAY FEE - $30
• This Covers: 1x Listed Junior (Under 16 years)

NOTE: 

1. (R) - RIDING GUEST FEE

    (NR)- NON RIDING GUEST FEE

2. GUESTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADMCC MEMBER WHISLT ON THE CLUB BLOCK

3. GUEST FEES ARE TO PAID AND VISITOR RELEASE FORM FILLED OUT, BEFORE ANY ENTRY TO ADMCC CLUB BLOCK OCCURS AS SET OUT PER ADMCC RULES/DOCUMENTATION. 

4. GUESTS CAN ONLY VISIT AND RIDE THE 'ADMCC CLUB BLOCK' A MAXIMUM OF TWO (2) TIMES BEFORE THEY MUST CONSIDER JOINING ADMCC AS A MEMBER.

5. ANY PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 18 REQUIRES PARENTAL SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES

UNIT-HOLDERS

Membership Renewal is compulsory for Skyline Ridge Unit Holders. Unpaid Renewal Fees will accrue against the value of the units Held. After 3 years in default, the ADMCC reserves the right to acquire or sell units to recover fees. A 3 year Qualifying period applies before eligibility for Skyline Ridge Unit Holding (conditions Apply)

CLUB FEES

Upon the completion of your Membership to 'the club' and Membership payment for the given year, 'you' as the member or on behalf of all 'your' listed family (Both Adults and Children) held under the Membership as part of the Family Membership, Senior Membership or Social Membership, hereby agree that you have 'paid in full' as part of your membership to the club, one of the below membership options:

• FAMILY MEMBERSHIP - R 

(1st Jan to 31st Dec each Year)

$160

This Covers: 2x Listed Adults and their Listed children up to the age of 20 , regardless of dependancy

• SENIOR MEMBERSHIP - R 

(1st Jan to 31st Dec each Year)

$140

This Covers: 1x Listed Adults (16 years and older)

• SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP -NR 

(1st Jan to 31st Dec each Year)

$70

This Covers: 1x Listed Adults (Non-Riding Member- No Riding Use of the ADMCC Club Block; Mainly for Members who no longer ride and still want to be involved in the club)

NOTE:

(R) - RIDING MEMBERSHIP

(NR)- NON RIDING MEMBERSHIP

PRO-RATA MEMBERSHIP FEES WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ON THE INITIAL FIRST YEAR OF MEMBERSHIP AS A NEW MEMBER (THIS EXCLUDES PAST OR PRESENT MEMBERS) . e.g 1st July Onwards of each Year will be half of the whole Membership cost. $160/2 = $80.

12 MONTH PROBATION PERIOD FOR NEW MEMEMBERS

MEMBERSHIP WILL BE BOUND BY THE 12 MONTH PROBATION PERIOD TERMS AND CONDITIONS SETOUT BY ADMCC; MEMBERSHIP STATUS WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE DISCRETION OF 'ADMCC' AT THE 12 MONTH PERIOD TO ENSURE ACTIVE PARTICIPATION AND MEMBERS DUTIES HAVE BEEN FUFILLED. PROBATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO BE UPDATED ON HERE SHORTLY.

CLUB OPEN DAYS

Upon the completion of your Membership to 'the club' and Membership payment for the given year, 'you' as the member or on behalf of all 'your' listed family (Both Adults and Children) held under the Membership as part of the Family Membership, Social Membership or Senior Membership, hereby agree to help assist at 1 out of the 12 Club open days, which will determined by a Club Open Day Calendar. 'You' agree that it is your responsibility as the member to make sure you are there at 'the club' property on the given date and time that is listed within the Club Open Day Calendar and agree it is your responsibility, in the event that you cannot be there to cover 'your' duty, that 'you'  have organised another member to cover your duty 7 days prior (advising the club secretary by email and phone)

Upon the completion of your Membership and Membership payment for the given year, 'you' as the member or on behalf of all 'your' listed family (Both Adults and Children) held under the Membership as part of the Family Membership, Social Membership or Senior Membership, hereby agree to be bound by the above 'ADMCC MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS' and the information within but not limited to, and understand that 'The Club' reserves the rights to alter, insert or remove components of the 'ADMCC MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS'

MEMBERSHIP NUMBER

Upon having filled out your Membership Form and Payment, you will Recieve a Unique QR Code (comes in the form as a number as well Ticket No. xx-xxxx-xxxx on via a confirmation E-mail which will be your Membership Number for the given year at 'the club'.
